One year from the beginning of the financial crisis and nine months from the beginning of the year 2009, the constructions industry has reached a balance moment. The CAMEX Expoconferences, an event that took place between the 16th — 20th of September 2009 at the Polivalent Hall in Bucharest, have been dedicated to the analysis of constructions industry, to the problems generated by the financial crisis and to the anti-crisis measures that have to be taken in order to get out of this difficult situation.

 

In this regard, the Exhibition and the CAMEX Conferences have been welcomed. The 5 days of CAMEX from Bucharest have been dedica-ted to the constructors, the associations, the producers and the distributors of constructions materials, to the specialist mass-media and the constructions marketing.

Therefore, the day of 16th of September, the first day of the CAMEX Expoconferences, has been dedicated to the Associations and Patronages from the Constructions Industry, and also to the mass-media. Presidents and directors of the main associations in the branch and patronages from Romania have spoken about the crisis in constructions and about the actual situation on the market, answering to the questions of the journalists.    

The second CAMEX day has been the day of the producers, distributors and halls constructors and industrial constructions. The conferences on the 17th of September held as title "The Energetic Performance of the Buildings" and have united the presentations held by the members of the Romanian Association of Installations Engineers, representatives from three Romanian universities: The Technical University from Bucharest, The Polytechnic University from Timisoara and The Transilvania University from Brasov, who have presented the latest systems for growing the energetic performance of the buildings for living, and also revolutionary technologies for using the solar energy.

The third day of the CAMEX Expoconferences has been the day of the producers, the distribuitors and the builders of roofs, insulations, facades and walls. All the conferences on the 18th of September had as main theme the thermic reabilitation. Taking place unde the title „The Thermic Reabilitation, Where to?", the conferences from the third day had as partner the Town Hall of the Second Sector of Bucharest. From the titles of this day: „Let Us Look in the Neighbour’s Garden from UE. How are the Buildings Thermic Reabilitation Programmes Held at Them?", Adriana Iftime, General Director of the Companies Patronage in Constructions from Romania, "The impact of the financial crisis in cinstruction", Laurentiu Plosceanu, The President of the Romanian Association of the Enterprisers in Constructions; "Energetic ecoefficiency — a concept for relaunching the constructions industry from Romania", Claudiu Georgescu, the President of the Romanian Asociation of Producers of Construction Materials"; "Buildings cover: the use of the complete system of thermoinsulation versus the us of hybrid paquet", Tiberiu Andrioaiei, Director of DEKO Professional, Policolor.

The exhibition program, alongside with the conferences, have focused on four specialized domains: Roofs, Insulations and Facades; Halls and Industrial Constructions; Floors and Walls, Doors and Windows. Companies from Romania, representatives of companies from Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro or France have exhibited.
