PRODUCTS WS Series: The machines carry out, on site and with only one simple set-up: in-line boring, internal and external overlay welding, drilling and tapping, bringing any type of ovalized or worn hole back to its original dimensions, giving to the range characteristics of stability, precision, compactness, strength and safety in an intelligent and harmonious way. The WS series is composed of 10 models, each operating on different dimensions; Each machine operates with extreme precision for the on-site repair of holes and joint points of big and small size equipment for which disassembly would result in a machine stop and to its transportation to the workshop. RSX9 SERIES: Basically, it can be defined as a portable boring machine tool performing metal machining by chip removal, operating with a fixed axle for machining on big diameters and over long lengths.
It represents the ideal solution for axial alignment or re-alignment of big bodies with an axially symmetric type of cylindrical cavity, that are developed basically in length and that other conventional machines cannot manage. The RSX9 series is available on the market in two models: RSX9800 and RSX91200.
Created to carry on machining “on-site”; it is a remedy for the impossibility and the difficulty of economic as well as logistic nature in transferring these big bodies and their relative connections or structures from their original location. The RSX9 is supplied with rapid movements to optimize machining time and of an anti-blockage system.
The entire machining and movement system is handled electronically through interactions with a tachometric dynamo and various transducers, that allow for a constant monitoring and setting of the cutting and feeding diameters.
Application examples: ingot mould finishing from a heavy foundry, industrial pipelines, big hinges and tubes in the shipyard sector.
The extreme precision of machining, as regards to the quotes and the surface finishing, is guaranteed by the fact that the RSX9 moves and dynamically positions itself on the theoretic axis of the circular cavity; the axis is continuously checked and verified, through a particularly solid system, on which there are 4 linear actuators assembled along the radius on who’s end there is an adjustable bearing mounted.

It has been created to carry out works such as milling, grooving, even concentric, to create fittings and housings for every type of application and need, directly on-site thanks to the great precision in the control of the movement and to the stability of the motorized head.
