Not long ago, Körmendi Kft. decided to distribute machines for special demands in Hungary and expanded its portfolio with the products of the Italian Hinowa company.
The ever changing economic environment forces the domestic construction machine distributors to reform continuously, where they try to answer the demands of the market with the finding of new products. This process is very favorable for end users, because now even in Hungary, they get a machine for their money which is more suitable for their needs.
It was not always the case, in the past, domestic distributors didn't see perspective in the distribution of special machines that can be sold in small numbers, so contractors had to spend a lot of time and money to find this machines abroad and import them. Of course without proper spare parts supply service and repair was not easy either. But it's all in the past.
Körmendi Kft. decided to distribute machines for special demands in Hungary when expanded its portfolio with the products of the Italian Hinowa company. The manufacturer, which has been on the market for over 20 years, draw attention with the production of creative and surprisingly good price-value ratio machines from the beginning. Although there were no distributors for them until now, the news of mainly the Hinowa tracked aerial platforms had arrived to Hungary. Few people know that the Italian company also manufacturers rubber tracked forklifts, mini excavators, front loaders and mini dumpers.
Rubber tracked aerial platforms... In the rest of the report we would like to point out to our partners the advantages of some of the Hinowa products, without aiming at completeness due to text limitation. Let's start with the rubber tracked aerial platforms, those which cover the 8-23 m lifting range. The machines' common features are the great work security, great capacity in spite of their small weight and easy and efficient operation. As a concrete example, we can mention Hinowa's newly developed Lightliftb 14.72 aerial platform, with which we can work as high as 14 meters. The equipment's net weight is 1400 kg, so it can be transported to the work site with a small truck driven with a b category licence. After this the machine with the help of ramps can get of the vehicle and assume work position automatically. That is almost obvious that the boom is able to move around in a 360° degree, and thanks to the free boom movement around the joint points, we can even reach the hardest approachable places.
...and mini dumpers Mini dumpers are also worth to mention. The domestic construction ventures usually pick machines for their upgrade from the classical product range, although for some activities it would be worth to look for special equipment. A good example for this are the mini dumpers, those which, despite their small weight, have remarkable transporting capabilities. For example: the 400 kg hinowa HS850 mini dumper can carry a 850 kg load, yet the HS1100 is capable of handling 1100 kg at a net weight of 465 kg. The equipment's usability is way beyond the field of construction, let that be forestry or agriculture, Hinowa mini dumpers are standing their ground. With their optional accessories we can become the owner of a true arsenal of mechanized means of transport. With the use of a well selected equipment we are capable to do the work of a 5-10 men team with only one machine operator. Thank to their small size and rubber tracks, mini dumpers can get into places where operation with traditional machines are impossible. But let the numbers do the talk. At basically equipped, Hinowa product's prices, depending on types, are in the range of HUF 3-5 million at current EUR rates (HUF 284.31/EUR). Not to mention that with an investment like this anybody can be the owner of a new machine, and the transportation of the machine is not a problem either, usually it can be solved with the already existing means of transportation.
